requests from my Spina Bifida Community

I know it's been like a year since my last post.   but...  Matthew and I are updating the website for the Spina Bifida Assocation of the National Capital area and I need some help.

I need if you don't mind having them on a website,

1 Pictures of your kids achieving the little or great things
2, Poems  I know I've read some about how you deal with the ups and down's
